目的:建立气体检测管法测定富氧空气中一氧化碳和二氧化碳的含量。方法:选择2个品牌的检测管,采用采样袋法和在线法2种取样方法,使用检测管分别测定高、中、低3个已知浓度的一氧化碳和二氧化碳标准气体(以高纯氮气为背景气体),考察方法的适用性,同时测定3家医院共6批样品的杂质含量。结果:一氧化碳和二氧化碳检测管测定标准气体的平均回收率在90%~110%之间,精密度(RSD)均小于4%,所有样品中的杂质均符合限度要求。结论:该方法简单快速,准确度高,精密度好,可用于富氧空气的质量控制。

Objective:To establish a gas detector tube method for the determination of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in oxygen-enriched air.Methods:Two brands of gas detector tubes were selected for the study coupled with sampling bag and online sampling.Carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide standard gases at three levels(high,medium and low concentrations),with high-pure nitrogen gas as the background gas,were determined by gas detector tubes respectively to examine the applicability of the method.Overall,6 tested batches of oxygen-enriched air from 3 hospitals were detected simultaneously by the proposed method.Results:The average recoveries of standard gases tested by gas detector tubes for carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide ranged from 90% to 110%.The relative standard deviations of precision were all less than 4%.Impurities in all batches met the limit requirements.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate with good precision,which is suitable for the quality control of oxygen-enriched air.
