吸入给药具有吸收迅速、副作用小等优点,应用前景广阔,但亦存在着长期用药的安全性问题。本文总结分析近年来国内外关于肺部给药的相关文献,简要综述了吸入给药制剂的质量控制以及安全性研究和研究方法的进展。

Inhalation administration has a wide application prospect as it has advantages of rapid absorption and few side effects.However,there are still some concerns with its potential safety issues for long-term use.This paper briefly reviews the quality control of inhalation preparations as well as studies on safety issues and progress of research methods by summarizing and analyzing some related articles at home and abroad on pulmonary delivery.
