肿节风对照药材标定标准的研究

目的: 建立肿节风对照药材标定技术规范。 方法: 在2010年版中国药典肿节风质量标准的基础上,对福建、江西两省区的8个不同产地肿节风药材的性状、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别、水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、含量测定和特征图谱等项目进行了研究。 结果: 在2010年版中国药典肿节风质量标准的基础上新增2个薄层色谱鉴别项目;建立了肿节风的HPLC特征图谱,确认了8个共有峰。 结论: 本项研究制定的肿节风对照药材标定技术规范,可作为肿节风对照药材内在质量控制和评价的理论依据及技术标准。

Objective: To establish the calibration technical specification for reference drug of Sarcandrae Herba. Methods: On the basis of the quality standard of Sarcandrae Herba in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(version 2010),Sarcandrae Herba from eight different places of origin in Fujian Province and Jiangxi Province was studied on variables of plant characteristics,microscopic and TLC identification,water content,total ash and acid-insoluble ash content,extract,content determination and charateristic chromatogram. Results: Two new TLC methods were added on the basis of the quality standard of Sarcandrae Herba in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(version 2010);the specific HPLC chromatogram of Sarcandrae Herba was also established;meanwhile,8 common peaks were identified. Conclusion: The calibration technical specification for reference drug of Sarcandrae Herba established in this study can be used as the theoretical basis and technical standard for internal quality control and evaluation of reference drug of Sarcandrae Herba.
