目的: 利用60Co-γ射线辐照对超微弱发光特性的影响,建立简便、快捷的辐照中药颗粒制剂检测方法。 方法: 2种中药颗粒(小儿泻立停颗粒和板蓝根颗粒)样品分别经剂量率为1.0 kGy·h-1,剂量为0、0.5、1、3、5、7和9 kGy的60Co-γ射线辐照处理,用发光检测仪对样品的超微弱发光特性进行动态检测,样品量为0.05 g,测量时间为50 s(前25 s是在干燥状态下进行,在25 s时注入检测液)。 结果: 干燥情况下,辐照与未辐照样品超微弱发光强度测定值变化不大,但在检测过程中加入检测液后辐照与未辐照中药颗粒制剂超微弱发光特性有显著性差异,且发光强度呈现出较明显的辐照剂量效应。辐照样品在室温下保存120 d,超微弱发光强度随时间虽有变化,但仍处于与对照组呈显著差异的水平。 结论: 利用超微弱发光技术可简便、快捷、有效地鉴别中药颗粒制剂是否经辐照处理。

Objective: To establish a simple and fast irradiation detection method for Chinese medicine granule preparation base on the characteristics of the ultra-weak luminescence under irradiation of 60Co-γ ray. Methods: Two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine granules were irradiated by 60Co-γ ray at 1.0 kGyh-1 dose rate and seven doses (0,0.5,1,3,5,7 and 9 kGy).Dynamic detection of the ultra-weak luminescence was carried out on luminescent detector with 0.05 g of sample and detection time of 50 s (the first 25 s under dry condition with addition of detection solution after 25 s). Results: No significant change in ultra-weak luminescence intensity was found between irradiated and unirradiated traditional Chinese medicine granules under dry condition.However,after addition of detection solution,significant differences in ultra-weak luminescence characterization were observed between unirradiated and irradiated traditional Chinese medicine granules during the detection process.Meanwhile,photon counting was found closely correlated with irradiation doses.In addition,the intensity of ultra-weak luminescence of the sample was gradually decreased after being stored for 120 days at room temperature,but the signal could still be detected. Conclusion: This method of ultra-weak luminescence technology is simple and rapid,which could be practically valuable for identifying traditional Chinese medicine granules irradiated or not.
