逆流色谱是一种良好的手性分离制备色谱技术,有着独特的拆分原理。本文首先介绍了逆流色谱手性分离原理,根据手性选择剂的分类及将逆流色谱作为手性反应器,综述了近年来逆流色谱在手性分离中的最新应用情况,总结了影响逆流色谱手性分离的影响因素,对如何提高逆流色谱手性分离能力作了探讨。

Counter-current chromatography(CCC)is a preparative technique for chiral separation which has a unique chiral separation mechanism.In this paper,the chiral separation mechanism of CCC was introduced.Then the latest applications of counter-current chromatography in enantioseparations were reviewed on the basis of the classification of the chiral selector and counter-current chromatograph as the chiral reactor.The factors affecting the separation efficiency for chiral separation by counter-current chromatography were also summarized and the methods to improve the performance of CCC were discussed.
