聚丙烯输液瓶易氧化物测量不确定度的评定

目的: 建立聚丙烯输液瓶易氧化物测定方法的不确定度评定方法。 方法: 依据标准YBB00022002[1]测定聚丙烯输液瓶中易氧化物的量,依据JF1059—1999[2]确定测量不确定度的分量,合成不确定度。 结果: 当聚丙烯输液瓶中易氧化物的量为0.304 mL时,合成不确定为0.028 mL,扩展不确定度为0.056 mL,结果表示为:(0.304±0.056)mL,k=2。 结论: 掌握聚丙烯输液瓶易氧化物的测量不确定度评定方法,能帮助检验人员确定测定结果的可靠程度,确保测定结果准确可靠。

Objective: To establish an evaluation method for the uncertainty of the easy oxide in polypropylene infusion bottle. Method: The amount of easy oxide in the polypropylene infusion bottle was determined according to the standard YBB00022002,the measurement uncertainty was confirmed according to JF1059-1999,and then the uncertainty was combined. Result: When the amount of easy oxide in polypropylene infusion bottle was 0.304 mL,the combined uncertainty was 0.028 mL and the expanded uncertainty was 0.056 mL.Results were expressed as:(0.304±0.056)mL,k=2. Conclusion: The master of measurement uncertainty evaluation method in polypropylene infusion bottle can help inspectors determine the reliability of measurement results,and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the results.
