HPLC法同时测定台湾市售女贞子中红景天苷、女贞子苷的含量

目的: 采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定台湾市售女贞子中红景天苷和女贞子苷的含量。 方法: 以Dikma inspire C₁₈色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),甲醇-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·m in^-1,柱温30℃,检测波长220 nm。 结果: 红景天苷在1.8~58.5 mg·mL^-1 (r=0.9999)、女贞子苷在13.2~423.5 mg·mL^-1 (r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系;平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为 100.9%和98.3%。 结论: 10批台湾市售女贞子的含量测定结果表明,该方法简便、快速,重复性好,为评价女贞子药材质量提供了参考。

Objective: To establish a quantitative method for simultaneous determination of salidroside and nuezhenide in Fructus Ligustri lucidi. Method: The separation was performed on a Dikma inspire C₁₈ column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)at 30℃ with a gradient elution consisting of mobile phases A(water)and B(methanol)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 220 nm. Result: The linear ranges of salidroside and nuezhenide were 1.8-58.5 mg·mL^-1 (r=0.9999)and 13.2-423.5 mg·mL^-1 (r=0.9999),respectively.The average recoveries(n=9)of salidroside and nuezhenide were 100.9% and 98.3%,respectively. Conclusion: The established method was applied for the analysis of ten samples from Taiwan market,and the results indicate that the method is simple,rapid and reliable for quality evaluation of Fructus Ligustri lucidi.
