目的: 建立HPLC同时测定口炎清颗粒中7个有机酸(新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、咖啡酸、3,4-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸及4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸)含量的方法。方法: 采用AkzoNobel Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,柱温30 ℃,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长326 nm。结果: 7个成分的线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD均低于3%,加样回收率为97.75%~99.33%。结论: 该方法可用于口炎清颗粒多指标质量控制。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 7 organic acids (neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, 3, 4-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 3, 5-dicaffeoylquinic acid and 4, 5-dicaffeoylquinic acid) in Kouyanqing granules. Methods: The chromatographic separation was performed on a AkzoNobel Kromasil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column, the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃.A gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution was adopted at the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was 326 nm. Results: All the 7 compounds showed good linearity in the range of the test concentration.The RSDs of the precision, reproducibility and stability tests were less than 3%, the average recoveries of them were in the range of 97.75%-99.33%. Conclusion: The method can be applied for the multi-indictor quality control of Kouyanqing granules.
