目的: 建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定那曲肝素钙中痕量硼的方法。 方法: 那曲肝素钙样品用高纯水溶解后,以9Be为内标元素校准基体效应及信号漂移,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法直接测定,外标法绘制工作曲线进行定量。 结果: 该方法测定那曲肝素钙中痕量硼的检出限为0.03 mg·kg-1,线性良好(r=0.9998),RSD为3.5%~5.1%,加标回收率在92.0%~96.2%之间。 结论: 该方法简化了样品的前处理过程,灵敏快速,效率高,干扰小,重复性好。可应用于那曲肝素钙样品中残留硼的测定。

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of trace amount of boron in nadroparin calcium by ICP-MS. Method: The samples were diluted by high purity water.9Be was used as the internal standard for eliminating matrix effect and signal drift.External calibration was applied for making calibration curve. Result: The established method had a good linear correlation (r=0.9998) for boron determination in nadroparin calcium.The limit of detection was 0.03 mg·kg-1.The relative standard deviation was 3.5%-5.1% and recovery rate was 92.0%-96.2%. Conclusion: This method was proved to be simple,rapid,accurate and reliable with high efficiency and low interference.It could be applied to the boron analysis in nadroparin calcium with satisfactory results.
