目的:建立重复性好的希明婷片中27-脱氧升麻亭的HPLC含量测定的方法。方法:采用CAPCELL PAK C18 MG(5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm)色谱柱,柱温40℃,流动相为甲醇-水(58:42),流速1.0 mL·min-1,采用蒸发光散射检测器,漂移管温度110℃,载气流速2.0 L·min-1。结果:27-脱氧升麻亭进样量在0.348~8.71 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);回收率为98.3%,RSD为1.8%。结论:所选色谱条件耐用性好,适用希明婷片中27-脱氧升麻亭的含量测定。

Objective:To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of 27-deoxyactein in Ximingting tablets. Methods:For the determination of 27-deoxyactein,CAPCELL PAK C18 MG(5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm)column was adopted,the column temperature was controlled at 40℃,the mobile phase was methanol-water(58:42)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and ELSD was used as the detector(the air flow rate was 2.0 L·min-1,the temperature of drift tube was 110℃). Results:The method showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.348-8.71 μg(r=0.9999),the average recovery was 98.3% with RSD of 1.8%. Conclusions:The method has good repetition;it can be used to control the quality of Ximingting tablets.
