目的:建立哈萨克药鹿草根中β-蜕皮甾酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相,使用Waters XTerra RP C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(27:73)为流动相,体积流量为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为250 nm,柱温30℃。结果:在上述条件下, β-蜕皮甾酮浓度在1.45~14.5 μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率(n=9)为100.4%。结论:本方法准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,能有效测定鹿草根中β-蜕皮甾酮含量。

Objective:To establish a method for determination of β-ecdysone in root of Stemmacantha cartham oides (Willd.)Dittrich. Methods:β-Ecdysone was determined by R P-HPLC on Waters XTerra RP C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with methanol-1% acetic acid(27:73)as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 250 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results:The calibration curve of β-ecdysone was linear in the range of 1.45-14.5 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998),and the average recovery was 100.4%. Conclusions:This method is simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible.It can be used for determination of β-ecdysone in root of Stemmacantha carthamoides (Willd.)Dittrich.
