苏丹红Ⅰ在NiFe2O4@Au/GC修饰电极上的电化学行为及测定

目的: 研究苏丹红Ⅰ在核壳结构纳米复合粒子修饰玻碳电极(NiFe2O4@Au/GC)上的电化学行为,建立测定苏丹红Ⅰ含量的电化学分析新方法。 方法: 电化学阻抗法(EIS)、线性扫描伏安法(LSV)、差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)。 结果: 在6×10-7~1.5×10-5 mol·L-1范围内,苏丹红Ⅰ的差分脉冲伏安响应电流与其浓度呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9941),检出限为2×10-7 mol·L-1结论: 本方法简便、快捷,灵敏度高,可用于辣椒粉、辣椒酱中苏丹红Ⅰ的检测。

Objective: To study electrochemical behaviors of SudanⅠin core/shell NiFe2O4@Au nanoparticles modified electrode and establish a novel method for the determination of Sudan Ⅰ contents. Methods: Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS),linear sweep voltammetry(LSV)and differential impulsive voltammetry(DPV) were used. Results: The modified electrode showed a good linear current response for Sudan Ⅰ in the range from 6×10-7 to 1.5×10-5 mol·L-1 by differential pulse voltammetry with a correlation coefficient of 0.9941.Detection limit of the method was 2×10-7 mol·L-1. Conclusion: The established method is simple,fast and sensitive,which can be used for the determination of Sudan Ⅰ in spiked pepper powder and sauce samples.
