目的: 制备丹酚酸A对照品并进行纯度分析。 方法: 柱层析分离纯化丹酚酸A,采用UV、IR、NMR、MS确证结构,TLC及HPLC方法检查纯度。 结果: 丹酚酸A纯度为99.5%。 结论: 丹酚酸A的纯度达到新药研究所需对照品的要求。

Objective: To investigate the preparation of the reference substance of salvianolic acid A from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Methods: Salvianolic acid A was isolated and purified by columns chromatography.The structure and purity of salvianolic acid A was determined by UV,IR,NMR,MS,TLC and HPLC. Results: The purity of salvianolic acid A was 99.5%. Conclusion: The purity of salvianolic acid A is agreed with the standard of the reference substance.
