目的: 建立X射线荧光元素分析技术快速筛查空心胶囊中的铬方法。 方法: X射线荧光元素分析仪,测试时间180 s,标准偏差1 σ,采用模式:塑料模式。 结果: 此方法的检出限为0.01‰,与原子吸收分光光度法测试结果比较,大于0.01‰的阳性样品的检出率为97.8%。 结论: 该方法简便快速,可用于快速筛查空心胶囊中的铬。

Objective: To establish a method for rapid screening of Cr elements in vacant capsule by X-ray fluorescence elemental technology. Method: X-ray fluorescence elemental analyzer,test time:180 s,standard deviation:1 σ,mode:plastic mode. Results: Under these conditions,the detection limit was 0.01‰,the detection rate of positive sample exceeding 0.01‰ was 97.8% compared with the result of atomic absorption spectrometry. Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid,it can be used for the rapid screening of Cr elements in vacant capsule.
