高效离子排斥色谱法测定羟乙基淀粉130/0.4电解质注射液中醋酸盐的含量

目的: 建立高效离子排斥色谱法测定羟乙基淀粉130/0.4电解质注射液中醋酸盐的含量。 方法: 采用ICSep ICE-ORH-801 (6.5 mm×300 mm,5 μm )色谱柱,流动相为0.005 mol·L-1硫酸,流速为1.0 mL· m in-1,柱温为60 ℃,检测波长210 nm。 结果: 醋酸钠进样量在2.0~16.0 μg范围内线性关系良好( r=0.9993);平均回收率( n=9) 为99.03%,RSD为0.22%。 结论: 本分析方法简便、准确,可作为羟乙基淀粉130/0.4电解质注射液中醋酸钠的定量分析方法。

Objective: To establish an high performance ion-exclusion chromatography method for determination of the content of sodium acetate in hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 and electrolyte injection. Methods: ICSep ICE-ORH-801 (6.5 mm×300 mm,5 μm ) column was adopted,with the mobile phase being 0.005 mol·L-1 sulfuric acid at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was set at 60 ℃,and the detection wavelength 210 nm. Results: Good linearity was obtained for sodium acetate ranging from 2.0-16.0 μg ( r=0.9993),and the recovery of this method was 99.03% with RSD of 0.22%. Conclusion: The method is convenient,accurate,and can be used to determine the content of sodium acetate in hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 and electrolyte injection.
