目的: 建立分子印迹固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定喘息灵中盐酸克仑特罗含量。 方法: 采用Hypersil BDS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以0.05 moL·L-1 NaH2PO4(含0.005 moL·L-1PIC-B6,用磷酸调pH至4.0左右)和甲醇(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长为245 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1;柱温为室温。 结果: 盐酸克仑特罗浓度在0.4~40.0 μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),盐酸克仑特罗的平均回收率为97.8%,(RSD为0.9%,n=9)。 结论: 方法简便,分离效果好,结果准确可靠。

Objective: To establish a method for determination of clenbuterol hydrochloride in Chuanxiling with molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The analysis was carried on a Hypersil BDS C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column;The mobile phase was composed of 0.05 moL·L-1 NaH2PO4 (containing 0.005 moL·L-1 PIC-B6,adjust the pH to 4.0 with phosphoric acid) and methanol (60∶40);the detection wavelength was 245 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;column temperature was at room temperature. Results: The linear range was 0.4-40.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998) for clenbuterol hydrochloride,the average recovery of clenbuterol hydrochloride was 97.8%(RSD=0.9%,n=9). Conclusion: This method is simple,rapid and accurate.
