目的: 建立HPLC同时测定青银注射液中8种活性成分(新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、咖啡酸、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸C及蒿酮)含量的方法。 方法: 色谱柱:AkzoNobel Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;分段变波长测定;柱温:30 ℃;流速:1.0 mL·min-1。 结果: 8种成分的线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD均低于3%,平均加样回收率为97.8%~99.2%。 结论: 该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于青银注射液的质量控制。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination the content of 8 active constituents(neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,isochlorogenic acid B,isochlorogenic acid A,isochlorogenic acid C and artemisia ketone)in Qingyin injection. Methods: The chromatographic separation was achieved on a AkzoNobel Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous with gradient elution and changeable wavelength detection,The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Results: All the eight compounds showed good linearity in the range of the tests concentration.The RSDs of the precision,reproducibility and stability tests were less than 3%,the average recoveries of them were in the range of 97.8%-99.2%. Conclusion: This method is simple,sensitive,accurate,it can be used for quality control of Qingyin injection.
