50批不同来源白术药材及饮片中白术内酯Ⅰ和白术内酯Ⅲ含量的HPLC法测定

目的: 采用HPLC法测定不同来源白术药材及饮片中白术内酯Ⅰ和白术内酯Ⅲ的含量。 方法: 采用Tigerkin C₁₈(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(67: 33);流速为0.8 mL·min;检测波长为220 nm;柱温30℃。 结果: 10批市售白术药材和40批市售白术片及麸炒白术片中白术内酯Ⅰ和白术内酯Ⅲ含量差别均较大。 结论: 不同来源市售白术药材及其饮片质量差别较大。

Objective: To determine the contents of atractylenolide Ⅰ and atractylenolide Ⅲ in crude drugs and slices of Atractylodes macrocephala from different sources by HPLC. Methods: The samples were separated on Tigerkin C₁₈ column(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)with the mobile phase of methanol-water(67: 33)at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃. Results: The contents of atractylenolide Ⅰ and atractylenolide Ⅲ in 10 batches crude drugs and 40 batches slices of Atractylodes macrocephala were relatively large differences. Conclusion: The quality of Atractylodes macrocephala from different sources were different.
