高效液相色谱法建立银耳多糖特定图谱的研究

目的: 建立银耳多糖特定图谱。 方法: 通过对银耳多糖PMP柱前衍生化,采用高效液相色谱法进行糖组成分析。 结果: 银耳多糖特定图谱由6个共有峰组成,为甘露糖、葡萄糖醛酸、葡萄糖、木糖、岩藻糖以及1个未鉴定出的单糖。 结论: 高效液相色谱法建立多糖的特定图谱,其操作方法简便,分离度高,重复性及稳定性良好,该结果可有效控制银耳多糖的内在质量,同时可作为酸性杂多糖糖组成的测定方法。

Objective: To establish specific chromatogram of Tremella polysaccharides(TP). Methods: The monosaccharide composition of Tremella polysaccharides was determined by HPLC after preparing pre-column derivatization as PMP derivant. Results: There were 6 peaks from the fingerprint which were mannose,glucose acid,glucose,xylose,fucose and an unidentifiable monosaccharide respectively. Conclusion: The HPLC method establishing specific chromatogram is a simple,rapid,sensitive and convenient,which can be applied to the quality control of Tremella polysaccharides. And it also can be used to determine monosaccharide composition of acidic heteropolysaccharides.
