目的: 采用HPLC法测定硫黄中硫的含量。 方法: 采用Fuji C18 5 μm填料自装色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm),以甲醇为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,测定波长240 nm。 结果: 硫进样量在0.3962~11.87 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=9)为100.2%,精密度、重复性、稳定性均符合要求。 结论: 该方法准确、可靠,可替代滴定法作为硫黄中硫的含量测定方法 。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of sulfur(S) in Sulfur. Methods: Fuji C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) column was adopted;The mobile phase was methanol at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1;The detection wavelength was 240 nm. Results: The linear range of sulfur(S) was 0.3962-11.87 μg(r=0.9999);The average recovery(n=9) was 100.2%. The methd has good precision,repeatability,stability. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable,and can replace the titration for sulfur(S) in medicinal material Sulfur.
