RP-HPLC测定生脉注射液中7个人参皂苷类成分的含量

目的: 建立RP-HPLC法同时测定生脉注射液中7个人参皂苷类成分(人参皂苷Rf、Rb₁、Rg₂、Rc、Rb₂、Rb₃和Rd)的含量。 方法: 使用Zorbax SB-C₁₈(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱(0～15 min,29:71;15～30 min,33:67),流速1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长203 nm,柱温30 ℃。 结果: 在本色谱条件下7个人参皂苷类成分之间有良好的分离度,各成分的浓度和相应的峰面积之间呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=7),精密度、重复性及加样回收率的RSD均小于3%。 结论: 本方法可同时测定生脉注射液中7个人参皂苷类成分的含量,可作为生脉注射液的质量控制手段。

Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determining seven ginsenosides(ginsenoside Rf,Rb₁,Rg₂,Rc,Rb₂,Rb₃ and Rd) in Shengmai injection. Methods: Using a Zorbax SB-C₁₈column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),acetonitrile-water as amobile phase(0-15 min,29:71;15-30 min,33:67) at 30 ℃.The flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. Results: The relationship between the concentrations and the peak areas of seven ginsenosides was linear respectively (r=0.9999,n=7).The RSDs of precision,repeatability and recovery were all less than 3%. Conclusion: The method can be used to determine seven components simultaneously in Shengmai injection and can be applied to the quality control of Shengmai injection.
