HPLC法测定清热解毒口服液中栀子苷的含量

目的: 建立清热解毒口服液中指标性成分栀子苷的含量测定方法。 方法: 采用Diamonsil-C₁₈柱(5μm,4.6mm×200mm),以甲醇-水(25∶ 75)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL·min^-1检测波长238nm。 结果: 栀子苷的线性范围为0.20~1.81 μg,平均回收率为98.60%(n=6),RSD为1.39%。 结论: 本法简便、灵敏、重现性好,适用于清热解毒口服液的质量控制。

Objective: To develop RP-HPLC methods for determination of the content of main intergradient geniposide in Qingre Jiedu Oral Solution. Methods: Geniposide was separated on an RP C₁₈ column(5μm,4.6mm×200mm)and the flow rate were 1.0 mL·min^-1.In the determination of deniposide,acetonitrile-water(25∶ 75)was rsed as mobile phase,with the detect wavelength at 238nm. Results: The linear ranges was 0.20－1.81 μg for geniposide.The mean recoveries was 98.60% with the corresponding RSD 1.39% for geniposide. Conclusions: The methods are simple,sensitive,and reproducible.
