RP-HPLC法测定红花如意胶囊中胡椒碱的含量

目的: 建立一种红花如意胶囊中胡椒碱的RP-HPLC含量测定方法。 方法: 采用Kromasil C₁₈(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水(64∶ 36)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长343 nm,柱温30 ℃; 结果: 胡椒碱在0.0416~0.228 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率(n=6)为98.82%,RSD为1.1%。 结论: 所建立的方法便捷、准确,重复性好,可以为藏药红花如意胶囊的质量控制提供一定的参考。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of piperine in Honghua Ruyi capsules. Methods: The content of piperine was determined by Kromasil C₁₈(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column;The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(64∶ 36)at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1;The detection wavelength was 343 nm,and the temperature of column was 30 ℃. Results: The calibration curve of piperine was linear in the range of 0.0416-0.228 μg(r=0.9998);The average recovery(n=6)of piperine was 98.82% with RSD of 1.1%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility.It can be used for quality control of piperine in Honghua Ruyi capsules.
