目的: 建立测定龙血竭中剑叶龙血素C含量的方法。 方法: 采用气相谱法,HP-5弹性石英毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm),载气为N2,流速1 mL·min-1 , 进样口温度250℃,μECD检测器温度300℃,程序升温,外标法计算含量。 结果: 剑叶龙血素C在0.1~2 μg·mL-1 范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率为100.3%,RSD(n=6)为0.5%。 结论: 本方法简单、灵敏、重复性好,可用于龙血竭中剑叶龙血素C的含量测定。

Objective: To establish a method for the separation and quantitative determination of Cochinchinenin C in Dragon's Blood. Methods: The Gas chromatographic analysis was performed using HP-5 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm); highly pure N2 was used as carrier gas at the flow rate of 1mL·min-1; the inlet port and the μECD detector temperature was 250℃ and 300℃ respectively; the column temperature was 120℃-210℃ and rose by program. The content was calculated with external standard. Results: Cochinchinenin C has good liner relationship in the concentration range of 0.11-2.14 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998); the average recovery was 100.3%, RSD(n=6) was 0.5%. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and reproducible. It can be applied for the quantitative determination of Cochinchinenin C in Dragon's Blood.
