目的: 建立金礞石热膨胀率和热膨胀容的测定方法。 方法: 取试样粉末在马弗炉中焙烧,测定焙烧前后质量、体积的变化。 结果: 以焙烧温度为800℃,焙烧时间为10 min,样品粒径为40目时的测定条件为宜,测得热膨胀率RSD＝3.0%,热膨胀容RSD=2.4%。 结论: 测定方法简单,重复性好,可作为金礞石的质量控制指标。

Objective: To establish measuring methods of therm.exp and swelling volume of Lapis micae aureus. Methods: Calcine the sample in muffle furnace,measure sample's mass and volume before and after calcination. Results: The best experiment condition as follow:calconation temperature:800℃;calconation time:10 min;grain size:40 mesh.Under those experiment conditions,RSD were 3.0% for therm.exp and 2.4% for swelling volume. Conclusion: The method is easy and simple to handle,and also with good repeatability.It can be used as a quality control index of Lapis micae aureus.
