HPLC法测定八维钙锌片中烟酰胺、维生素B₁、B₂、B₆_的含量

目的: 建立RP-HPLC法测定八维钙锌片中烟酰胺、维生素B₁、B₂、B₆的含量。 方法: 采用Phenomenex C₁₈柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相为庚烷磺酸钠溶液(取庚烷磺酸钠0.6 g,加冰醋酸6 mL与三乙胺1 mL,加水至1000 mL,用2 mol·L^-1氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至3.80)-甲醇(80∶ 20);紫外检测波长为280 nm;流速为1 mL·min^-1。 结果: 烟酰胺的线性范围为26.463~423.40 μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.4%(n=9);维生素B₁的线性范围为3.90~62.4 μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.9%,RSD为1.3%(n=9);维生素B₂的线性范围为4.64~74.24 μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为1.8%(n=9);维生素B₆的线性范围为4.95~79.28 μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为2.8%(n=9)。 结论: 本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可同时测定八维钙锌片中烟酰胺、维生素B₁、B₂、B₆的含量。

Objective: To establish the method for the determination of nicotinamid,vitamin B₁,vitamin B₂ and vitamin B₆ in compound reserpine tablets. Method: The separation was performed phenomenex C₁₈(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).Heptanesulfonic acid sodium salt-methanol(80∶ 20)as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 l·min^-1,and 280 nm as the detective length. Results: All the results for the standards curve,the average recovery and the separation showed that the method is satisfactory. Conclusion: The method is simple,fast and accurate for analysis of Baweigaixin tablets.
