目的: 研究白矾与其炮制品枯矾FTIR指纹图谱的鉴别方法。 方法: 利用傅里叶变换红外分析仪,分别测定白矾与其炮制品枯矾的红外光谱图谱。 结果: 在400~4000 cm-1间,白矾与枯矾的红外吸收峰的峰数、峰位、峰形和峰强等,存在明显差异,可作为白矾与枯矾的重要区别。 结论: 本方法快速准确,操作简便,专属性强,且谱峰显著,可为白矾与枯矾的鉴别提供红外光谱的鉴别指标。

Objective: To distinguish between alum and calcined alum by IR fingerprints. Method: Alum and calcined alum were measured with the FTIR spectrometer. Result: In 400-4000 cm-1,alum was obviously differentiated from calcined alum in the peak number,wave number,peak shape and peak intensity of the FTIR spectra. Conclusion: FTIR has many advantages such as rapid identification,convenient and accurate operation,exclusive methods,and then FTIR spectra can be an important methods distinguishing alum from calcined alum.
