目的: 对京都念慈蓭蜜炼川贝枇杷膏进行快速鉴别研究。 方法: 利用傅里叶红外光谱技术(FT-IR)结合对比软件, 并借助计算机运用图谱辅助处理技术。 结果: 京都念慈蓭蜜炼川贝枇杷膏真品与伪品的红外光谱有明显的差异。 结论: 该方法具有快速、准确并不需要对原品进行提取分离(无损)等特点。

Objective: To develop a fast method to discrimination the quality of imported Kyoto Nim Chi Om Loquat Ointment. Method :Fourier-transform infrared(FT-IR) spectroscopy with matching software in addition to the application of computer-aided spectroscopy processing technique. Result : There were significant differences in the infrared spectroscopy of the real product and counterfeit of imported Kyoto Nim Chi Om Loquat Ointment. Conclusion: The discrimination method is fast, accurate, and with no need to extract or separate the samples(lossless) for quality control purpose.
