2种重楼中皂苷成分的特征图谱研究和统计分析

目的: 建立特征图谱以比较云南重楼与七叶一枝花偏诺皂苷类与薯蓣皂苷类成分的差别。 方法: 采用Waters UPLC超高效液相色谱仪,ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速0.3 mL·min-1 ,203 nm检测,分别建立云南重楼与七叶一枝花的特征图谱,采用统计学的方法分析比较这2种重楼在成分上的差别。 结果: 2种重楼中的偏诺皂苷类与薯蓣皂苷类成分存在着较明显的差异。 结论: 云南重楼中以薯蓣皂苷类成分为主,七叶一枝花中以偏诺皂苷类成分为主,可采用特征图谱进行鉴别,并可以通过判别函数来区分这2种重楼。

Objective: To establish specific chromatograms which are based on pennogenins and diosgenins of Rhizoma Paridis to compare the differences of the two species of Rhizoma Paridis. Methods: The species chromatograms of the two specifics of Rhizoma Paridis were established by WATERS UPLC instrument with an ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8 μm) column.The gradient eluting program was gradient eluted with acetontrile-water at a flow rate of 0.3 mL·min-1 and the specific chromatograms was detected at 203 nm.The differrences of the two kinds of saponins were analyzed by statistics analysis method. Results: There are significant differrences between the two species of Rhizoma Paridis based on the contents of pennogenin and diosgenin. Conclusion: The main saponin components in Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis (Franch.) Hand.-Mazz.are diosgenins while the main saponin components in Paris polyphylla Smith var.chinensis (Franch.) Hara are pennogenins.Specific chromatograms and discriminant function can be used to distinguish the two Rhizoma Paridis.
