目的: 建立高效液相色谱法测定胆康胶囊中绿原酸的含量。 方法: 色谱柱:X Bridge TM C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(15∶ 85);流速:1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长:323 nm。 结果: 绿原酸浓度在2.58~46.44 μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为97.87%,RSD为1.1%。 结论: 本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于胆康胶囊的质量控制。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Dankang capsules. Method: The X Bridge TM C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(15∶ 85),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was at 323 nm. Results: A good linear correlation of chlorogenic acid was observed within the range of 2.58-46.44 μg·mL-1 (r=0.9998).The average recovery was 97.87% with RSD 1.1%. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,it can be used for the quality control of Dankang capsules.
