HPLC法测定藏药二十五味珍珠丸中西红花苷Ⅰ的含量

目的: 建立高效液相色谱法测定藏药二十五味珍珠丸中西红花苷Ⅰ含量。 方法: 使用Shim-pack VP-ODS (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水(45∶ 55)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长440 nm,柱温30 ℃。 结果: 西红花苷Ⅰ浓度在1~100 μg·mL^-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为96.7%,RSD为1.3%。 结论: 所建立的方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于二十五味珍珠丸的质量控制。

Objective: To develop an HPLC method for determination of crocin Ⅰ in Ershiwuwei Zhenzhu pills. Methods: The Shim-pack VP-ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was adopted with a mobile phase of methanol-water(45∶ 55),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 with column temperature at 30 ℃,the wavelength of detection was set at 440 nm. Results: The linearity was obtained within the range of 1-100 μg·mL^-1(r=0.9998),and the average recovery(n=9) was 96.7%,and RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion: The method is simple,reliable and reproducible,and can be used effectively for the quality control of Ershiwuwei Zhenzhu pills.
