目的: 建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定二至丸中红景天苷、女贞子苷和蟛蜞菊内酯的含量。 方法: 采用Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-磷酸水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30 ℃,检测波长220 nm。 结果: 红景天苷、女贞子苷、蟛蜞菊内酯进样浓度分别在2.2~88.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.9995),9.9~396.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998),0.5~20.1 μg·mL-1(r=0.9995)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系;平均回收率分别为97.5%,98.0%,97.8%,RSD均小于3%。 结论: 所建立的方法简便、快速、准确,重复性好,可用于二至丸的质量控制。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of salidroside,nuzhenide and wedelolactone in Erzhi pills. Methods: The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Dimonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase(gradient elution).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the column temperature was maintained at
[30] ℃,and the detective wavelength was set at
[220] nm. Results: The calibration curves of salidroside,nuzhenide and wedelolactone were linear in the ranges of 2.2-88.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.9995),9.9-396.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998),0.5-20.1 μg·mL-1(r=0.9995),respectively.The average recoveries were 97.5%,98.0% and 97.8%,respectively,with RSD less than 3%. Conclusion :The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible for quality control of Erzhi pills.
