ELISA检测疫苗中卡那霉素残留量的实用性验证

目的: 验证ELISA检测疫苗中卡那霉素残留量的实用性。 方法: 采用间接竞争ELISA方法检测卡那霉素,并对方法的回收率、线性、特异性、精密性、耐用性等进行验证。验证方法有效后对相关样品进行检测。 结果: 该方法的回收率达到90%,对卡那霉素的有效检测范围为0.5~40.5 ng·mL^-1,标准曲线相关系数r=0.9996,RSD小于10%。 结论: 此方法可以用于检测疫苗中卡那霉素残留量。

Objective: To verify ELISA detects kanamycin residue detection in vaccines. Methods: Use indirect competitive ELISA method to detect kanamycin,and verify the methods recovery,linearity,specificity,precision,durability.After confirm the method is effective,detect the relevant samples. Results: The recovey of the method was 82%,the results of the effective detection range for kanamycin was 0.5-40.5 ng·mL^-1,standard curve correlation coefficient r=0.9996,the RSD of variation was less than 10%. Conclusion: The method can be used to detect vaccines kanamycin residues.
