目的: 建立用高效液相色谱法测定石斛夜光丸中五味子醇甲含量的方法。 方法: 采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(48∶52),检测波长为250 nm。 结果: 五味子醇甲在0.03401~2.38 μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=6)为98.7%,RSD为2.1%。 结论: 本法分析方法简便,准确,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of schisandrin in Shihu Yeguang pills. Method: Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5.0 μm) was adopted with the mobile phase of methanol-water(48∶ 52) at 250 nm as detection wavelength. Results: The linear range of schisandrin was 0.03401-2.38 μg;The average recoveriy(n=6) was 98.7% (RSD=2.1%). Conclusion: The method is convenient,accurate and can be applied in determination of the preparation.
