目的: 对中国药典新增药材辣椒质量标准进行研究。 方法: 建立药材的来源、性状、显微特征和辣椒素TLC鉴别;采用HPLC方法,色谱柱为DiamonsilTM C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)柱,流动相为甲醇-水(50∶ 50),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长280 nm,柱温40 ℃,测定辣椒中辣椒素和二氢辣椒素的含量并制定含量限度。 结果: 辣椒的显微鉴别特征性强;辣椒素TLC色谱斑点清晰;辣椒素、二氢辣椒素进样量分别在0.0542~1.3552 μg(r=0.9999)和0.0198~0.4952 μg(r=0.9999)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率(n=9)分别为102.0%和98.38%,二者的总平均回收率(n=9)为100.8%。 结论: 本标准方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于辣椒药材的质量控制。

Objective: To study on the quality standard of new medicine Fructus Capsici Annui. Methods: To establish the origins,characters and microscopic characteristics and capsaicin TLC identification.Using HPLC method,chromatographic column for DiamonsilTMC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column,mobile phase for methanol-water(50∶ 50),flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1,detected UV wavelength 280 nm,column temperature 40 ℃,determination capsaicin and dihydrdcapsaicin content and formulate content limit. Results: The strong characteristic microscopic of Fructus Capsici Annui,Capsaicin TLC spots were clear.Capsaicin at 0.0542-1.3552 μg(r=0.9999) and dihydrocapsaicin at 0.0198-0.4952 μg(r=0.9999) was good linear range,and the average recovery(n=9) respectively,both 102.0%,98.38% and the total average recovery(n=9) was 100.8%. Conclusion: This method is simple,reliable and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Fructus Capsici Annui.
