目的: 比较破壁与不破壁灵芝孢子粉三萜类化合物含量的异同。 方法: 采用分光光度法、HPLC法分别对破壁与不破壁灵芝孢子粉三萜类化合物的含量进行了比较。 结果: 破壁与不破壁灵芝孢子粉三萜类化合物的含量分光光度法分别为4.26%,3.71%,HPLC法为2.84%,1.35%。 结论: 三萜类化合物含量破壁灵芝孢子粉>不破壁灵芝孢子粉,这可以解释破壁灵芝孢子粉的功效好于不破壁灵芝孢子粉的原因,为进一步开发利用破壁灵芝孢子粉提供依据。

Objective: To explore the difference in the contents of triterpene between the G.lucidum spore powder with broken and unbroken cellular wall. Methods: Spectrophotography and HPLC were applied to detect the contents of triterpene between the G.lucidum spores powder with broken and unbroken cellular wall. Results: The contents of triterpene between the G.lucidum spores powder with broken and unbroken cellular wall were 4.26%,3.71% with spectrophotography,and 2.84%,1.35% for HPLC. Conclusion: The content of triterpene in the G.lucidum spores powder with broken cellular wall is less than that with unbroken cellular wall, which explains why the former has a better function and provide evidence for further development on G.lucidum spores powder with broken cellular wall.
