目的: 采用高效液相色谱法同时测定参麦注射液中9个人参皂苷的含量。 方法: 采用Waters Symmetry C18 Synergi色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),柱温:30 ℃,以0.05%磷酸水溶液和乙腈进行梯度洗脱;流速:1 ml·min-1;检测波长为203 nm。 结果: 9个成分基本分离,线性关系良好,平均回收率在95%~105%之间。 结论: 本方法准确、简便,重现性好,可以实现参麦注射液的多指标质量控制。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 9 ginsenosides in Shenmai Injection. Methods: The chromatographic separation was performed on a Waters Symmetry C18 Synergi column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the column temparature was maintained at 30°C.A linear elution of 0.05% phosphric acid aqueous solution-acetonitrile was used and the flow rate was 1 ml·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was setup at 203 nm. Results: The good resolution can be achieved among 9 ginsenosides and the method was linear over the investigated concentration range.The average recovery was between 95% and 105%. Conclusion: The method is accurate,easy and reproducible,which could be applied to quality control of the multi-ginsenosides in Shenmai Injection.
