目的: 采用新的化学发光体系对安乃近进行定量测定。 方法: 当安乃近及重铬酸钾混合溶液与酸性的罗丹明6G溶液相遇时,会产生强烈的化学发光信号,根据光信号的大小可定量测定安乃近的含量。 结果: 工作曲线线性范围为0.005~20.0 μg·mL-1,检出限为0.002 μg·mL-1,此为目前安乃近的所有化学发光测定法中最低的检出限值。 结论: 该方法已成功用于片剂药物中安乃近的定量测定,为安乃近药物的生产控制、产品检测提供了一种新的测试手段。也因此提出一种新的化学发光体系,用于其它还原性物质的化学发光测定。

Objective: To propose a new chemiluminescence(CL) system for quantitation of analgin in tablets. Method: The CL emission was generated by mixing analgin,potassium bichromate and acidic rhodamine 6G.The analgin content could be determined by the CL intensity. Result:[ The quantitation range is from 0.005 to 20.0 μg·mL-1 with a detection limit of 0.002 μg·mL-1 for analgin.This is the lowest detection limit of any CL methods currently available for analgin determination. Conclusion: The proposed method was applied to the quantitation of analgin in tablets,which can be used as a new method in the production controlling and product detection of analgin.Meanwhile it is also a new chemiluminescence(CL) system to be used in the detection of other reducing substances.
