目的: 建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定王不留行中微量元素锌、钾、铁、钠、锰、钙、镁的含量。 方法: 通过优化微波消化条件,采用氘灯背景校正, 在同一体系中连续测定不同元素。 结果: 在选定的最佳分析条件下, 锌、钾、铁、钠、锰、钙、镁检出限分别为0.16,0.57,072,0.18,0.35,7.4,0.13 μg·mL-1,RSD均小于5%,回收率为96.8%~102.4%。 结论: 微波消解时间短,操作简单,节省试剂,环境污染少.

Objective: To establish a method of determination of zinc,potassium,iron, sodium, manganese, calcium, magnesium in cowherb seed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: Microwave digestion system was optimized,adopted on the method corrected by deuterium light background, in the direct flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS)successive determination of various microelement in the same sample solution. Results: Under the optimum conditions,the detection limits were found to be 0.16, 0.57, 072, 0.18, 0.35, 7.4, 0.13 μg·mL-1. And the recovery ratios by standard addition were in the range of 96.8%-102.4% with less than 5% of the relative standard deviation. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of highly effective, simple, environment-friendly, reagents-saving and the digesting speedy.
