目的: 探讨河南嵩县与山西绛县栽培全株药用丹参不同部位多种无机元素含量分布情况。 方法: 湿法消解处理样品,元素In、Pt、Ru等作内标,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)技术定量分析全株丹参中52种元素。 结果: 两地全株丹参中K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、B、Ba等含量较高,15种希土元素里La、Ce、Nd、Y等含量较高,Hf 、Ir 、Pt 、Au、Tl等未检出,两地全株丹参根茎叶中元素含量存在差异,山西绛县丹参As、Pb、Cd、Cu含量较河南嵩县高,通过标准物质对照与加标回收实验进行方法质量控制,结果可信,回收率85%~114%,检测限0.2~20 ng·g-1,线性范围0~200 μg·L-1(r>0.999),RSD(n=6)<9%。 结论: 方法简便,灵敏度高,应用于中药元素定量分析可行。

Objective: To study the inorganic multi-elements contents distributing in the different parts of the whole Salvia miltiorrhiza in Songxian Henan and Jiangxian Shanxi. Methods: Samples preparation with hydrodigestion,and fifty-two elements quantitative analysis in the whole Salvia miltiorrhiza by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry technique(ICP-MS)with indium,platinum,ruthenium as internal standard. Results: In the whole Salvia miltiorrhiza in two different places,the contents of potassium,sodium,calcium,magnesium,ferrum,manganese,copper,zinc,boron,barium etc elements were higher than others.Among fifteen rare earth elements,yttrium,lanthanun,cerium,neodymium etc contents were higher,and hafnium,iridium,platinum,aurum,thallium etc were not detected.The element content in root,stem and leaf of the whole Salvia miltiorrhiza in two different places exist difference.Compare with the whole Salvia miltiorrhiza in Songxian,arsenic,plumbum,cadmium,copper contents in the whole Salvia miltiorrhiza in Jiangxian was high.With reference standard substance and added standard recovery for the quality control of analytical method,the results were credibility,recovery 85%-114%,the detect limit 0.2-20 ng·g-1,linearity range 0-200 μg·g-1(r>0.999),RSD(n=6)< 9%. Conclusion: The established method can be applied to the element quantitative analysis in Chinese traditional herd,simple and high sensitivity.
