不同产地当归药材核苷类成分的分析

目的: 通过对不同产地当归药材中核苷类成分的定性定量分析,以评价该类成分与当归药材地道性及其补益功效间的关系。 方法: 以建立的当归中核苷类成分高效液相色谱分析方法,对采自我国当归药材4个主产区的14个样品进行分析。 结果: 所建方法使当归药材中鸟苷、尿苷、腺苷和胞苷4个核苷类成分均能达到基线分离,线性良好。精密度、重复性、稳定性和加样回收率均达到分析要求。14个当归样品均含有鸟苷、尿苷、腺苷和胞苷;不同产地当归样品中4个核苷类成分含量之和为1.507~3.119 mg·g-1,含量高低排序为岷归>川归>云归>窑归。 结论: 当归药材所含核苷类成分可能与其地道性和补益功效有一定相关性。本研究为全面客观地认识当归药材功效物质基础、丰富和发展当归药材多指标评价体系研究提供科学依据。

Objective: By qualitative and quantitative analysis of the nucleosides in the dried roots of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels,to evaluate the relationship between the nucleosides and the genuineness,invigoration efficacy of this medicinal material. Methods: The method of HPLC was established to determine the contents of the nucleosides in fourteen samples collected from 4 main cultivate regions in China. Results: Guanosine,uridine,adenosine and cytidine in this assay achieved baseline separation with good linearity.The precision,reproducibility,stability and average recovery met the require ments for analysis.The result showed that the common nucleosides among these 14 samples were guanosine,uridine,adenosine,cytidine.The content of total nucleosides was 1.507-3.119 mg · g-1,and their contents from high to low were in sequence of Mingui>Chuangui>Yungui>Yaogui. Conclusion: The nucleosides in the dried roots of A.sinensis may be correlated with its genuineness and invigoration efficacy.This result can provide scientific evidence for comprehensive and objective understanding of the active material base of the dried roots of A.sinensis,enriching and developing the multi-index evaluation system for the quality control of this medicinal material.
