目的: 建立尪痹片中独活、白芍、知母的鉴别方法及淫羊藿的淫羊藿苷含量测定方法。 方法: 采用薄层色谱法对尪痹片中独活、白芍、知母进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对尪痹片中淫羊藿的淫羊藿苷进行含量测定,以Agilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)柱为分析柱,甲醇-水-冰醋酸(55∶ 44∶ 1)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长270 nm。 结果: 薄层色谱中均能明显地检出独活、白芍中的芍药苷、知母中的菝契皂苷元;淫羊藿苷浓度在0.027~0.68 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=9)为100.0%。 结论: 本法简便、准确,专属性强,可以作为尪痹片的定性定量方法。

Objective: To establish a method for identification of Angelicae Biserratae Radix,Paeoniae Alba Radix and Anemarrhenae Rhizome,and a method for content determination of icariin in Wangbi tablets. Methods: Angelicae Biserratae Radix,Paeoniae Alba Radix and Anemarrhenae Rhizome were identified by TLC;The HPLC for determination icariin of Wangbi tablets was conducted on an Agilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(55∶ 44∶ 1) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. Results: Angelicae Biserratae Radix,peoniflorin of Paeoniae Alba Radix and sarsasapogenin of Anemarrhenae Rhizome were identified by TLC apparently.The calibration curve of was linear range of 0.027-0.68 μg(r=0.9999),and the average recovery(n=9) of icariin was 100.0%. Conclution: The method is simple,accurate,and suitable for the determination of Wangbi tablets.
