目的: 采用超高效液相色谱/电喷雾飞行时间质谱联用技术分析玉屏风方的水煎煮和超声提取物主要化学成分,探讨超声提取玉屏风方的适宜性。 方法: 实验选择C18柱,以乙腈和水进行梯度洗脱对提取物进行超高效液相色谱分离,串联电喷雾飞行时间质谱获得各组分的精确相对分子质量和分子式,结合其色谱行为和文献对化合物进行推断。 结果: 水煎煮和超声得到的2种提取物的色谱图共有峰12个,相对保留时间一致;电喷雾飞行时间质谱总离子流图共有峰14个,各组分精确相对分子质量相同,并推定了10个化合物及其来源。 结论: 玉屏风方水煎煮和超声得到的提取物化学成分基本相同,就提取物化学成分而言,超声提取技术适用于玉屏风方的制剂生产。

Objective: To compare the differences in chemical composition of water decoction and ultrasonic extract from traditional Chinese medicine compound recipe Yupingfeng,and evaluate the suitability of ultrasonic extraction technology on Yupingfeng recipe preparation production. Methods: Extracts were analyzed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) with a reversed phase C18 column using a binary eluent of acetonitrile and water under gradient conditions.The accurate relative molecular mass of most compounds in Yupingfeng recipe extract were observed by positive ion electrospray time of flight mass spectrometry(ESI-TOF-MS) online detection.The compounds were identified through accurate relative molecular mass and molecular formula and chromatography of reference substance combined with literature review. Results: There were 12 common components showed by UPLC and 14 common components in MS-TIC.All components had the same relative retention time and the accurate relative molecular mass,and ten compounds were identified. Conclusion: Water decoction and ultrasonic extract from Yupingfeng recipe are basically the same in chemical composition,but there are a little difference from each other.As far as chemical components are considered,ultrasonic assisted extraction technology is suitable for Yupingfeng recipe.
