代谢组学是20世纪90年代中期发展起来的对某一生物或是细胞内所有低相对分子质量代谢产物进行动态检测以及定性定量研究的一门学科,它主要应用在药物毒理学研究、疾病诊断、植物和中药等领域。代谢组学对分析技术要求较高,近年来随着分析手段的不断完善,代谢组学的研究得到了更加广泛的应用。本文对近年来各种分析技术在代谢组学中的应用,不同分析技术各自的优缺点,应用领域等进行了综述。同时也总结了在代谢组学的实际应用中遇到的一些实验技术方面的问题。

: Metabonomics is a new science and technology developed in mid 1990s.It refers to a holistic and dynamic analytical approach to all the low relative molecular mass metabolites in an organism or cells.Current status for applications of metabonomics research in toxicology,diagnosis,plants and traditional Chinese medicine.Because metabonomics has highly request for analytical technology,with the developing of analytical technology,metabonomics has more widely application.In this paper,current analytical technology for metabonomics and its application is reviewed.And experimental technology for metabonomics is summarized.
