羊开口的生药学研究

目的: 建立羊开口药材的定性鉴别方法及成方制剂三金片中羊开口的鉴别方法。 方法: 对羊开口的原植物形态、药材性状、组织和粉末显微特征及薄层色谱特征等进行生药学研究。 结果: 应用建立的方法能够有效鉴别羊开口药材,也能对三金片中羊开口进行定性鉴别。 结论: 为制订羊开口的质量标准及三金片中增订该药材的鉴定项提供了依据。

Objective: To establish the identifications and quality control method of root drug Melastoma normale D.Don and identifications method in Sanjin tablets. Methods: The original planet morphology,characteristic of root drug―Melastoma normale,microscopic characteristics,TLC were observed and studied. Results: The method can be used to identify the root drug Melastoma normale and the fraction of the drug in Sanjin tablets. Conclusion: The convenient and effective identifications methods for Melastoma normale has been established,which provide basis for quality control of the root drug Melastoma normale and Sanjin tablets.
