中药制剂中非法添加化学药物严重危害患者健康。传统的鉴别方法如化学鉴别、薄层色谱等存在主观性较强的缺点,而随着科学技术的发展,针对中药制剂非法添加化学药物的检测技术也在不断发展。本文综述了近年来液相色谱-质谱联用技术在中药制剂中非法添加化学药物的研究进展,该技术具有科学、客观、快速、准确的特点。

Undeclared prescription drugs in traditional Chinese medicines do harm to the patient's health.Traditional authentication methods are inadequate and partly subjective.With the modern scientific technique,many new examine technique on adulterated traditional Chinese medicines has made great progress.This paper reviews the method for undeclared prescription drugs in traditional Chinese medicines by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.
