薄荷药材HPLC特征图谱分析方法研究

目的: 建立薄荷的指纹图谱分析方法,并比较了薄荷药材不同部位(茎、叶)的指纹图谱,评价薄荷药材质量,同时为双柏制剂质量控制提供参考。 方法: 采用HPLC法测定,色谱柱为ZORBAX SB-Aq C₁₈柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(梯度洗脱);检测波长为334 nm;流速为1 mL·min^-1;柱温为35 ℃。 结果: 12批薄荷共标示出24个共有峰。 结论: 所建立的方法准确可靠,重复性好,可为薄荷药材的质量控制提供依据。

Objective: To establish the method of fingerprint analysis on Herba Menthae by HPLC,and compare the variability of the different parts,including stems and leaves,which could be used for quality evaluation of Herba Menthae. Methods :ZORBAX SB-Aq C₁₈(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with methyl alcohol-0.1% H₃PO₄ solution (gradient alution) as a mobile phase at flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1 and detection wavelength was 334 nm,and colum temperature was 35 ℃. Results: 12 common peaks were separated from 24 batches of Herba Menthae . Conclusion: The method is reliable,accurate and and provides a reference for the quality control of Herba Menthae.
