目的: 应用声光可调滤光器(AOTF)-近红外光谱技术和化学计量学方法建立用于六味地黄丸快速定性分析的新方法。 方法: 利用偏最小二乘(PLS)和主成分分析(PCA)2种方法进行定性鉴别分析。 结果: 采用PLS法建立的六味地黄丸预测模型,通过预测值和六味地黄丸临界值进行对比实现了对六味地黄丸的准确鉴别;采用PCA法建立了六味地黄丸预测模型,经表格显示和区域判别均可对六味地黄丸验证集和阴性对照品准确鉴别。 结论: 利用偏最小二乘(PLS)法和主成分分析(PCA)法建立的两种模型均可对六味地黄丸进行有效准确地鉴别分析。

Objective: To establish a new method of fast determining and identifying Liuwei Dihuang pills by AOTF-near infrared spectroscopy and chemometrics methods. Methods: Use PLS quantitative models and PCA qualitative models to realize the discriminate analysis. Results: Build Liuwei Dihuang pills prediction models with PLS method,through the contrast between Liuwei Dihuang pills prediction value and critical value to realize the precise discrimination;adopt PCA to build prediction models,Liuwei Dihuang pills validation set and negative control both can be distinguished through tabular display and critical region. Conclusion: Liuwei Dihuang pills qualitative analysis can be well done through PLS quantitative and PCA qualitative models.
