β-丁香烯含量测定的药典方法研究

目的: 建立药用牡荆油中β-丁香烯含量测定的药典方法。 方法: 采用气相色谱建立含量测定方法,对不同来源牡荆油进行测定,并进行方法学和普适性研究。 结果: 建立了牡荆油中β-丁香烯GC含量测定的药典方法,获得了不同来源牡荆油中β-丁香烯的含量分布范围。 结论: 方法准确度高、分析时间短、重现性及耐用性好,具有广泛的适用性,可以作为药典中牡荆油的含量测定方法。

Objective: To establish the pharmacopoeia method for determination of β-caryophyllene in medicinal Oleum Viticis Negundo. Methods: Established the gas chromatography method and used it to determine β-caryophyllene in the Oleum Viticis Negundo with the different sources,and then studied the methodology and universality of the method. Results: Have established the pharmacopoeia method for determination of β-caryophyllene and obtained the content range of β-caryophyllene in medicinal Oleum Viticis Negundo. Conclusion :The method is of good accuracy,reproducibility and ruggedness.The analytic time is short and the adaptivity is wide.It can be used as pharmacopoeia method for determination of β-caryophyllene in medicinal Oleum Viticis Negundo.
