目的: 建立高效液相色谱法测定鬼箭羽药材中4种主要有效成分儿茶素、去氢双儿茶素A、香橙素和柚皮素的含量。 方法: 采用DiamonsilTM C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱(0~35 min,9∶ 9∶ 82→17.5∶ 17.5∶ 65),流速1 mL·min-1,检测波长280 nm(儿茶素、香橙素和柚皮素)、380 nm(去氢双儿茶素A),柱温30 ℃。 结果: 儿茶素、去氢双儿茶素A、香橙素和柚皮素线性范围分别为0.428~3.424 μg(r=0.9998),0.255~1.53 μg(r=0.9992),0.0788~0.630 μg(r=0.9996),0.026~0.208 μg(r=0.9996);平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为100.5%(RSD=3.5%),101.5%(RSD=2.3%),97.33%(RSD=1.1%),97.81%(RSD=2.7%)。 结论: 9批样品测定结果表明本法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于鬼箭羽药材中儿茶素等4种成分的含量测定。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of catechin,dehydroicatein A,aromadendrin and naringenin in Euonymus alatus (Thunb.) Sieb. . Methods: The determination was carried out with Diamonsil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column,using methanol-acetonitrile-0.1% form acid as mobile phase with gradient elution(0-35 min,9∶ 9∶ 82→17.5∶ 17.5∶ 65),at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and detected at the wavelength 280 nm(catechin,aromadendrin and naringenin),380 nm(dehydroicatechin A),column temperature 30 ℃. Results: The linear ranges of catechin,dehydroicatechin A,aromadendrin and naringenin were 0.428-3.424 μg(r=0.9998),0.255-1.53 μg(r=0.9992),0.0788-0.630 μg(r=0.9996) and 0.026-0.208 μg(r=0.9996),with the average recoveries(n=6) were 100.5%(RSD=3.5%),101.5%(RSD=2.3%),97.33%(RSD=1.1%) and 97.81%(RSD=2.7%) respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple,steady and reliable which can be used to determine the contents of the four compounds in Euonymus alatus (Thunb.) Sieb. .
